How long have you been at Bufalina? About a year and a half
What’s your favorite cause/charity around town? I really love the work Manos de Cristo does, as they provide many services to those who need a hand with dental care, education, and basic needs.
Favorite post-shift drink? A Mexican Coke with lemon
Current favorite dish at Bufalina? I would demolish a Fresca any day. I just love the prosciutto and lemony taste.
Any fun facts to share? I love to dance

Our featured nonprofit for the month of June is Equality Texas Foundation.
Founded in 1990, Equality Texas Foundation is the educational and community-building arm of Equality Texas. The Foundation works to create a Texas where LGBTQIA+ people can live openly, safely, and authentically through public education, leadership development, advocacy training, and community organizing.
By equipping LGBTQIA+ Texans and their allies with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to engage in the civic process, Equality Texas Foundation helps build collective power, strengthen local communities, and advance equality across the state.
As always, $1 from every glass of house wine sold during Happy Hour goes directly to their important work.

We can’t get enough corn. June’s Pie of the Month at Due is the Corn and Chorizo Pizza. Corn puree, Spanish chorizo, manchego, and basil round out this delicious (and limited) special.

We have a new NA option we’re pretty excited about. Gut Feeling from Gut Oggau is a lovely dry botanical bev. It’s floral, herbal, ever so slightly bitter, and is perfect for these warm summer months.

We’ve got a new special at Chavez for a limited time! The Corn and Ramp Pie has Texas sweet corn, ramps, fontina, mozz, lemon, chili, and parm. While it’s perfect as is, chef suggests adding on mushrooms or Serrano for a little something extra.
