This Green Cheek B**r Co. collaboration features a terrifying amount of Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Simcoe CO2 Extract, 2026 fresh whole leaf Simcoe, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost, Krush Cryo, and Nelson Quantum Brite! From that, we’re getting supreme dankness, pine, citrus, and cannabis aromas. A resinous, mouthcoating body leads to a moderately bitter, dry finish.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 | IPA | ABV: 6.7% - $18/4-Pack | Ben White & Burnet Only
Our annual release honoring our good friend and talented brewer, Peder Peterson. Manimal features endless amounts of Simcoe followed by a dosing of Mosaic, Galaxy, and fresh whole leaf Simcoe hops. This ode to the Simcoe dreamboat brings aromas of cantaloupe, grapefruit, and pine, offering a sweet up-front profile, a pillowy soft mouthfeel, and a pleasantly bitter finish. We miss Peder every day, and as always, you’re beautiful, baby; don’t change a thing!

𝗙𝟭 𝗜𝗣𝗔 𝗧𝗲𝗲 | $30 - Ben White Only
This tee revisits the yesteryears of Formula 1, when Senna and Prost were at the helm of the sport and V12 engines were a thing. Based on the 1987–1993 FIA logo, we tossed our own spin on the design for the USGP this year. This logo is repeated on the front chest and covers the entire back. Roll through while supplies last!

We’re just 10 days out from our 14th Anniversary at Burnet Road, and we’re putting the final touches on our b**rs lineup for the event. Trevor has been hard at work in the cellar with both the barrel program and the hoppy side of things with our Russian River Brewing Company collab, Coastal Drift, and small-batch Fresh Hop Man O’ War.

Regarding bottle limits, each guest will be limited to 1 bottle per bottle release, meaning y’all can head home with both a bottle of T.L.C. #2 and Coastal Drift. Like last year, we do anticipate these bottles to sell out on release day.

Beyond these brews, we’ll also have fresh Mosaic Takedown West Coast IPA (7.3% ABV) in cans, along with the return of Dark Magic Black Pils (5.2% ABV).

There is much more to dive into regarding each of these event day b**rs, and we’ll break it down for y’all next week before the party kicks off at 11:00AM on Saturday, October 31st. Talk soon!

Did you know we’re dishing out the Wolfhausen pizza across our pizza pubs AND our Pinthouse Brewing location? It’s a rarity that we have a single pizza available across all five of our spots, and it’s wild how different the pizza eats when crafted on a different dough.

A hearty ode to Oktoberfest flavor. Sweet caramelized onions and tangy mustard crème fraîche lay down the foundation for smoky Gouda, savory pepperwurst, and crisp sauerkraut. Finished with whipped apple butter ricotta, a drizzle of mustard creme, and a scattering of caraway and parsley, all on a garlic-oil-brushed crust. Brewed with Hallertau Mittlefrüh and HBC 1134 Hyperboost hops, this crystal clear American pils showcases bright geranium, lemon zest, and cracked pepper aromas. It features a bright carbonation, medium-low body, and a quick finish.

𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 Hazy Pale Ale | ABV: 5.2% | Lamar Only

We just wrapped a busy five weeks of adventures across the country, and it’s finally time to catch our breath and catch up on drinking some water. On Sunday, we took home a bronze medal in the American IPA category at GABF for Green Battles, our sixth award with that b**r. Waves of Circumstance also made final table in the same category, something we are stoked on as well. We’re beyond grateful for the recognition, and huge shoutout to all our friends near and far who secured a medal.

Beyond that, we spent some time with Burial B**r out at Burnpile, easily one of the best b**r fests in America, and hot damn, we love being there. We’re always grateful for the invite, so thank you to Doug & co. for having us.

Then in mid-September: hop harvest. We are happy to report back that the 2026 crop year quality is top tier. We got to catch up with friends, learn from our growers, brew with buds, and soak up knowledge from everyone around us. We always have an endless list of folks to thank in the PNW, and words will never fully capture our appreciation for the hospitality.

Today marks the return of Lost Wild Hazy TIPA! After a couple of years off the tap wall and with some fresh tweaks to the recipe, you can grab a pour and 4-pack at all locations starting at 11AM!

𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝘆 𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗔 | 𝟭𝟬.𝟱% 𝗔𝗕𝗩 - $𝟮𝟮/𝟰-𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 | 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
We loaded this TIPA with a base of Briess Pils, Flaked Wheat, and Malted Oats, then hit it with a new hop lineup featuring Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Nelson Abstrax, Strata CGX, and Riwaka. We're getting punchy aromas of dank herbal spice, marmalade, grapefruit, and dried tangerine peel. This batch delivers massive notes of pineapple, fresh-squeezed ruby red grapefruit, boozy orange juice, and fruit leather. On the palate, it finishes comfortably dry with a smooth, resinous mouthfeel and moderate bitterness.

A little over 14 years ago, we got our hands on a former appliance store on Burnet Road with plans to make some tasty b**rs and delicious pizza. At the time, little did we know this building would take us on an adventure that eventually led to us having five (soon to be six) brewpubs across Central Texas. So, we’re at that point in the year where we want to celebrate the Burnet brewpub with our 14th Anniversary party, going down on Saturday, October 31st, 2026. Hockey is back, which also means that it’s time for Sw’Elsinore to return to our taprooms! We brew this one up every year not only as an homage to the cult classic Strange Brew, but as our 16oz love letter to the sport of hockey and the beginning of another NHL season.

The latest Cold Classic takes its cues from the pre-industrial regional la**rs of yesteryear, brewed with a blend of Canadian 2-row barley, 6-row, and flaked maize. This crispy l***r brings dewy meadow grass and sweet corn aromas, zesty lemon and pepper notes on the palate, and a touch of mild sweetness with a crisp, slightly bitter finish.
