Another addition to the menu next Wednesday is the 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮.

We start this new pie with a ginger carrot crème fraîche base, topped with our signature PHP cheese blend, habanero, and tender Jamaican jerk chicken. Fresh red bell peppers and jalapeños add a crisp kick, finished straight out of the oven with a drizzle of jerk crema, bright peach salsa, and fresh cilantro.

We crafted this pie to be enjoyed alongside our summer IPA programming, especially our West Coast collaborations dropping each Friday of July. While we're looking forward to see y'all next week for this one, come in and enjoy the El Fantastico while you still can!

T-minus two weeks until our spring seasonals depart the menu for some hot weather pies. If you haven’t swung through yet, the door is closing on your time to enjoy the Banh Mi and El Fantastico Pizzas for the year!

𝗕𝗮́𝗻𝗵 𝗠𝗶̀ 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮: Savory local sausage, crunchy pickled veg, and fresh cucumber hit all at once. Jalapeños and Sriracha add some serious kick, while crème fraîche and PHP cheese cool it down just enough.

𝗘𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮: Chorizo, roasted corn, and chipotle aioli bring the heat, cooled off with crème fraîche and melty PHP cheese. Cotija, lime, and chili salt keep it bright and a little messy in the best way.

The time has come for us to highlight our third and final Electric Jellyfish variant releasing this weekend, Cryogenic Jellyfish. It is our love letter to modern hops, covering the newest and most innovative products we can drop into our fermenters.

It really captures the character and freshness of Citra and Simcoe straight off the bine.
