Hello all,

It’s been some time and you are definitely missed by us. I (Ray) was at Sala and Betty, now Rosè Gosé fixing the misters and they are working beautifully. Zoom in on this pic to check out their new menus ( or just go to their page rose_gose_austin on Instagram, hahaha ) and then come by and see them. Today I’m taking home the Rice Croquettes with smoked Salmon and Wasabi Sauce. Sooo excited!!! Love to you all❤️

Hello dear friends,there is a new and very exciting restaurant in our old space. It is called Rosé Gosé , the owners are Veronika Hurynava and Igor Drypsiak. Their Chef is the very talented Konstantin Sychev. We’ve met them and have gotten to know them enough to tell you they are honest and very nice folks. This is just what Airport Boulevard needed to only better the neighborhood.
