In honor of the holiday, ChoppdATX will be opening On Monday, 5/30/2022, to serve the Gibson Street bar, and all residents of South Austin (north too, come see us :) ). Have a 'Sloppy Joe (Don Baker), a chopped all beef patty, Lone Star bbq sauce, grilled peppers and onions, dill pickles, and pepperjack cheese.

Just to let everyone know, ChoppdATX is OPEN FOR BUSINESS. All permitting issues have been resolved, and we are back at serving up Chopped Cheeses, Italian Porks, and The Church Lady! An all beef burger with pickles, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and house made bacon pimento cheese!
