A few things we’re enjoying this summer at Clark’s Malibu: ocean air, chilled seafood, and some very good reading.

Round one in Houston, and we made it count! Our First Annual Crawfish Boil at Clark’s was loud and full of good company. Endless crawfish, cold drinks, live country music, and incredible guests who know their way around a proper boil.

Big thanks to for keeping the party going, and to . We’re always proud to support the work they do for the hospitality community. Houston, you set the bar high. We’ll be back next year!
