To all our customers,
After reevaluating our decision to open this weekend we decided it just wasn’t quite the right time. We temporarily moved the trailer to do a deep cleaning and remodel on the inside. Looking forward to opening cleaner, safer and better than ever! Stay tuned for our reopening date and until then stay safe and healthy! We miss you all!

What people say
According to a recent review in the Austin Chronicle, Brown's Bar-B-Que has been serving up mouth-watering smoked meats since 2015. The author praised the moist and flavorful brisket, as well as the succulent pork ribs. They also noted that the sides - such as mac and cheese and coleslaw - were tasty complements to the meat dishes.
A more recent review on Yelp (posted in 2021) echoed these sentiments, with one customer exclaiming "This is absolutely some of the best barbecue I've had in town!" Others raved about the juicy sausage and tender chicken.
While the majority of reviews for Brown's Bar-B-Que are positive, there have been a few negative comments. One reviewer on Google (from 2020) complained about long wait times during peak hours, while another Yelper lamented that their pulled pork was dry.
Despite these occasional hiccups, it seems that Brown's Bar-B-Que generally receives high marks from customers and critics alike. As one satisfied diner put it on Facebook: "Brown's is hands down my favorite barbecue spot in Austin."
