Austin coffee lovers, this Friday we're handing the bar over to two of the industry's finest!
Fresh off his win as the 2026 United States Barista Champion, Jak Michael Ryan will be joining Melbourne coffee legend Kirk Pearson behind the bar at Proud Mary Austin for a special one-day takeover.
Expect a small lineup of exceptional coffees, personally brewed and served by two people who have helped shape coffee culture on opposite sides of the world.
