We’re still buzzing from Brewmania!
What started as a celebration of creative coffee turned into the biggest Brewmania yet. Thanks to everyone who came out, cheered on the competitors, and made the night what it was.

Maracaturra | Washed from Finca Buenos Aires in Nicaragua
Founded more than 50 years ago by Luis Emilio Valladárez and now managed by his son Olman, Finca Buenos Aires has become one of Nicaragua's standout producers. In 2025, the farm earned 3rd place in the Cup of Excellence with a natural Maracaturra. This washed lot highlights the variety's elegant side, combining sweetness, structure, and vibrant fruit character.

Geisha | Natural from Olman Valladárez in Nicaragua
Finca Los Alpes sits high in Nicaragua's Dipilto Mountains near the Honduran border. The Geisha trees here are still young, with their first harvest arriving in 2023, but they're already making waves. Managed by Olman Valladárez, this coffee comes from the same farm that placed fourth in the 2025 Cup of Excellence. Grown from Panamanian seed stock, this washed geisha is a clean and expressive showcase of the variety.
