🎓🍦 Senior Sendoff: Ayden Menoskey! 🍦🎓 Ayden

Today we’re celebrating Ayden as she works her final shifts at Scoop and Score today 12-5.

Ayden joined our family way back in November of 2024, making her our most tenured senior and one of the longest-standing members of the Scoop and Score team. That also makes her our final Senior Sendoff of the season! 🎓

And if you’ve been around Scoop and Score for a while, you know Ayden has pretty much seen it all. 😂

Freezer disasters? She’s seen them.

Crazy shifts? She’s been through them.

Something going completely wrong? Chances are, Ayden was one of the people who knew exactly how to fix it.

Ayden became one of our go-to team members because she had something you can’t teach — experience. She had been around long enough to know what to do when things got crazy, and we always knew we could count on her.

But Ayden’s relationship with our family went way beyond Scoop and Score.

She became someone we trusted to babysit the owners’ kids, and she was even part of our family’s Sunday school services. She truly became part of the Scoop and Score family in every sense of the word. ❤️

And just when you think Ayden couldn’t possibly have anything else going on, she also happens to be a licensed hairstylist! 💇‍♀️ Ayden

Now she’s getting ready for her next chapter and will be heading to Texas Tech University this fall! ❤️🖤

Ayden, we’re going to miss you dearly. You’ve been with us through so many seasons of Scoop and Score, and it’s hard to say goodbye to someone who has been such a big part of our team for so long.

Thank you for your hard work, your dependability, your friendship, and for always being someone we could count on.

We know you’re going to go out into this world and do some really great things, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for you!

🎓🍦 Senior Sendoff: Audrey Devor ! 🍦🎓

Today we’re celebrating Audrey as she works her final shift at Scoop and Score!

Audrey joined our family in October, and she has been a joy ever since. She attended St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School and is the first employee we’ve ever had from St. Dominic Savio!

One thing that always stood out about Audrey was her communication. She asked great questions, wanted clarification when needed, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way.

But what really defined Audrey was her relationship with our customers.

I once met with a customer who places some pretty large catering orders. While talking about our team, she walked over to our team wall, pointed at Audrey and said, “Oh my gosh, this is the girl who waited on me! She was amazing. I love her!” ❤️

That pretty much sums up Audrey’s relationship with countless customers.

At one point our schedule changed, and Audrey stopped working one of her regular days. She eventually texted asking if she could work that day again because, “I really miss my regulars.”

That’s Audrey.

We were also invited to her graduation party. When I put her address in the GPS, I thought there must be an accident making the drive so long. Nope! 😂 She just lived THAT far from Scoop and Score and still made the trip to work.

At the party, her dad told me how much Audrey loved working here. He said there were days she wasn’t thrilled about going to school, but she was always excited to come to Scoop and Score.

As an owner, I smiled pretty hard inside hearing that…but I’m way too tough to show that kind of emotion. 😂

Audrey, we’re going to miss your personality, dedication, and most importantly, the way you cared about our customers.

Tonight is Audrey’s final shift! Come grab some ice cream and help us wish her well as she takes her talents to the KU | The University of Kansas !

🎓🍦 Senior Sendoff: Jessica ! 🍦🎓

Today we celebrate Jessie as she heads off to her next adventure!

Jessie joined the Scoop and Score family in June 2025, and from day one she has been an incredible team member. It almost felt like she was a legacy hire—her boyfriend’s cousins, Jake and Gabby, both worked here before her and told her, “You better keep up the legacy we built!” Safe to say, she did exactly that.

Whether it was starring in our social media videos, troubleshooting problems around the shop, making ice cream catering deliveries (and occasionally getting a little lost 😂), or simply jumping in wherever she was needed, Jessie always gave 100%. She balanced work with school and soccer, yet never stopped showing up with a positive attitude.

One story perfectly sums up who Jessie is. A few weeks ago, our AC went out during one of the hottest weekends of the summer. Even with fans running, the shop was in the upper 80s, and I made the tough decision to close early on a Saturday. Afterward, Jessie texted me and said, “I know this hurts y’all’s business a lot. I can tough it out and work without the AC.”

She didn’t have to say that. We had already closed. But that message showed how much she genuinely cared about Scoop and Score and wanted to help our business succeed. That’s the kind of person Jessie is.

Jessie is headed to McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas, where she’ll be playing soccer and continuing to be the rockstar we’ve all come to know.

Today is her last day, and she’ll be here until 5 PM! Stop by, grab some ice cream, and wish her luck before she heads off to college.

Jessie, thank you for everything you’ve done. You’ll always have a home at Scoop and Score, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.
