Looking for the right food trucks to join Brushy Creek Food Park! 🚚🌮🍜
We have a limited number of vendor spaces available at Brushy Creek Food Park in Cedar Park, and we’re looking for food truck operators who want a consistent place to call home.
We’ve been making improvements to the park, including upgrades to our electrical capacity, and our vendor spaces include:
⚡ 50/30/110 electrical access
💧 Fresh water access
🚿 On-site wastewater disposal
🪑 Outdoor customer seating
🚗 Overflow parking for vendors and staff
📍 Established location at 2301 Brushy Creek Rd in Cedar Park
We’re especially interested in concepts that add something different to the current food lineup. We review menus with that in mind so we can avoid putting vendors directly on top of each other with the same offerings. Our lease provisions specifically address menu overlap for that reason.
Vendors must be properly permitted and insured, and we’re looking for operators who are serious about maintaining a regular presence at the park.
