Meet Collin - our new GM at MIA!

Collin’s journey started at the age of 14 making pizzas, but it was at Kemuri Tatsu-ya where he truly found his passion for food and hospitality. Since then, he’s become a familiar face across all three of our restaurants - Cedro, FIG, and now MIA - even stepping into the kitchen along the way!
