It’s pretty darn cold outside for Texas. So come warm up with some classic Italian.
Tonight we’re starting you off with an artichoke spinach dip. Mozzarella, mascarpone, and ricotta, baked and served with crostini.
Follow that up with a delicious chicken and mushroom meatball over creamy polenta, fresca sauce, mozzarella and basil.
Enjoy the perfect go between of dinner and dessert; .venica merlot. Red, blue, and black fruit with a minty, medium bodied, and mineral finish.
Finally satiate yourself fully with our incredible profiteroles stuffed with espresso mascarpone. Dipped in chocolate and hit with some powdered sugar

Hello all. It’s cold, yay!
Tonight we have some lovely fall specials for you.
Start with a grilled focaccia bruschetta slathered with a honey whipped ricotta. Local hydroponically grown basil and true rebel tomatoes from Marfa. Garnished with balsamic reduction.
To go along with Noras Cannonau (Grenache) try our spectacular butternut squash infused rigatoni tossed in a walnut and basil pesto, with roasted butternut squash, walnuts, and Parmesan & pecorino.
Finish the night with a light and flakey tart with an orange zest whipped ricotta, fresh whipped cream, and fresh sliced strawberries. 🤌🏻.

Welcome back to the neighborhood. Tonight we’re proud to bring you our classic paglia e fieno (straw & hay) casarecce with ground prosciutto and spinach, tossed is a parmesan cream sauce.
Cut through that creamy sauce with Verdichio di Jesi. Crisp, clean, with laser-beam acid, sea salt, and citrus rind.
Finish dinner with a classic mascarpone cannoli, finished with crushed pistachio and powdered sugar.

Hello and welcome to another edition of Asti Trattoria weekend specials.
Start your night with a jammy fruit forward local varietal of Friuli in Northeast Italy. Schioppettino is a lovely easy going red that matches anything on our menu.
Starting with the fan favorite crispy burrata over house made Fresca sauce, topped with basil.
Next try our delish and fall friendly Saltimbocca (jumps in mouth) with ground prosciutto, capellini, spinach and mushrooms, and finished with fried sage and a light Marsala sauce.
For dessert try our house made puff pastry filled with a pastry cream, fresh sliced berries, and powdered sugar.

Happy post Halloween to all our Asti folks. No tricks for you tonight, only treats.
Starting off with grilled broccolini and blistered Marfa cherry tomatoes over honey whipped ricotta. Placed on a grilled bruschetta.
Fairytale pumpkin mafaldine is up next. Pumpkin puree blended with cream sauce and tossed with seasoned peppitas and baby kale.
Finish with a lovely olive oil cake over a crémant glaze with homemade whipped cream, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt.

👋🏻 Hi and welcome to another exciting weekend at Asti Trattoria. This weekend we’re bringing you some classic Italian bites with a not so “classic” Italian red blend.
Piedmontese blend by way of the California coast offers a bright and fruity, but well structured red wine that pairs great with our specials.
Bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with Gorgonzola start our night off. Finished with a balsamic reduction and placed over baby kale.
For our entree we are serving a delicious chicken and mushroom Marsala placed alongside tossed linguine with cremini and oyster mushrooms and finished with crispy sage.
Finish your night with the classic Neapolitan dessert sfogliatelle. Layers of very thin dough baked around a candied orange and ricotta filling.

It finally feels like the first taste of fall. So we’re here to bring you a taste of fall as well.
Starting with crispy fried burrata over house made fresca topped with chiffonade basil.
For pasta we are infusing spinach with rigatoni and tossing that in a Parmesan cream sauce with marinated artichokes and sautéed spinach. Finished with breadcrumbs.
On the dolce side of things our semolina and orange cake with candied almonds, powdered sugar, a salted caramel sauce. And finally finished with a scoop of vanilla bean gelato.
