What people say
Italian restaurants are known for their delicious food, warm hospitality, and cozy ambiance. Milano Cafe, located on Southwest Pkwy in Austin, is a perfect example of an Italian restaurant that offers all these qualities and more. Established in 2009, this family-owned cafe and art gallery has been serving the community with its authentic Italian cuisine.
Milano Cafe's menu features a variety of vegetarian and vegan options along with classic Italian dishes. Their Caprese salad made with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar is a must-try for anyone who loves fresh ingredients. The Drunken Linguine (GF) is another dish that stands out - linguine cooked in red wine with chicken, capers, mushrooms, peppers, kalamata olives in a light cream wine sauce.
Apart from their delicious food offerings, Milano Cafe also showcases original canvas oil mix paintings by local artists. Their "Love to Dance" painting is a beautiful addition to any art lover's collection.
Milano Cafe makes it easy to enjoy their food from the comfort of your own home by offering online ordering options. Their Caramel Cheese Cake and Spaghetti Meatballs are just two examples of the many dishes available for takeout.
Overall, Milano Cafe is a great place to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine while appreciating local art. With its warm ambiance and friendly staff, it's no wonder why this cafe has been a favorite among locals since 2009.
