It’s hot out, and you need refreshment. Good news, your favorite summertime drinks menu is back at Cypress Grill, and they contain ice, and alcohol, and a bunch of other yummy stuff! From left, Melon Collins with basil-infused Hendricks gin and cantaloupe ice cubes, Summer Spritz with strawberry-infused Aperol, Spicy Sandia with Calenda Mezcal and III Distales Blanco Tequila, fresh watermelon and cucumber foam, Meanwhile Summer Pale, and Strawberry Negroni. All the cocktails pictured are $2.00 off during Happy Hour (everyday from 3-6:30 and all night Weds). Come cool off with us, the AC is free!

Crab Cakes are back as our featured menu item for June! You can enjoy them two ways, a Crab Cake & Quinoa Salad with arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, tossed in our Green Goddess dressing, or à la carte topped with Green Goddess dressing and micro greens, 25.99 and 22.99, respectively. From left, Texpresso Martini (a tequila take on the ubiquitous oldie but a goodie), Fresa en Fuego with Calenda Mezcal and III Distales Blanco Tequila, Ghost Agave, and fresh pressed strawberries, the Summer Fashioned with two different cacao bean-infused rums and tiki bitters (that’s my fav!), and the Banana Daiquiri. Bacon -Wrapped Meatloaf is back for our April monthly special. Ground Angus chuck, ground pork, veggies, and breadcrumbs, all wrapped in bacon and topped with a sriracha ketchup drizzle and radicchio salad garnish. Man is it good! And I almost like the cheddar-jack wrapped garlic mashed potatoes we serve alongside it even better! Come and get it this month.

There’s a reason we’ve been serving boiled crawfish for 23 years, because ours is some of the best in town. We cook ‘em up spicy and serve with corn and red potatoes. Happy hour goes from 3:00-6:30, so you can enjoy a nice cold beer at a discount, too!

Tomorrow is Tuesday, and that means crawfish boil at Cypress Grill! We start serving every Tuesday and Saturday at 4:30 pm until the season wanes. We cook’em up spicy, the traditional way, by seasoning the water we cook them in; we don’t sprinkle seasoning on the outside, because the flavor is inside, as it should be. Y’all come check ‘em out!
