We take our house-made Jambalaya, make it into a ball, stick a chunk of pepper jack cheese in the middle (same as our cheesy boudin balls), dip it in buttermilk & fry it up to a golden brown. Sounds pretty good, right? Come in and give it a try for yourself!

We’ve made these a few times before, and they were just too good not to bring back.
