Austin, remember 2010? 👀 We’re turning 16, so let’s take a little trip down memory lane.
Ke$ha, Gaga, Bieber Fever… 2010 had us in a chokehold. 🎶
Same street, different era. SoCo has changed a LOT since we first opened our doors.
Instagram was literally brand new. We were all just figuring out filters. 😭
Austin went from 790K residents to over 1 million. That’s a whole lot of new neighbors!
Back when ACL was just ONE weekend. Who remembers those days? 🎸
BlackBerrys, iPhone 4s, and iPod Touches. Simpler times. 🤳
Team Edward or Team Jacob? This was a serious personality trait. 🧛🐺
Skinny jeans, silly bandz, UGG boots with leggings. We really thought we ate. 😭💅

Our October Burger of the Month stacks a beef patty glazed in gochujang sauce with gochujang mayo, crunchy k-slaw, pickled cucumbers, and toasted sesame seed buns. 😋

We start with our quality beef and add things like crunchy chili pickles, a red pepper & green onion slaw, our own k Sauce, gochujang mayo, and a customized sesame seed bun made in house 🫡
This burger can get a fried chicken treatment as well - with our fried chicken filet getting tossed in that K Sauce for a completely different flavor profile 🐓
AND we have added the option to get our chicken lollipops tossed in the very same K Sauce

You’ve probably seen Ray and Fernando around here a few times, so we took them out of the kitchen for a little culinary This or That.
Turns out our Head Chef and Culinary Director agree on pretty much everything… except when Ray chose tacos over burgers 👀🌮🍔
Good food starts with good people and these two just get each other.

- If you’re coming from downtown, take a bus toward the South Congress / East Riverside area and transfer as needed to get closest to Aldrich St, then finish on foot.
