World Cup season means calling restaurants in advance to make sure they’re playing the games because it’s the only way you can get your dad to come out for lunch. 🤣👨🏻‍🍼⚽️ Nothing better than sitting on the same side in suspense while sipping on a Vietnamese coffee. ☕️

One man’s hour-long battle against the bowl, himself, and (unexpectedly) another challenger competing for the jackpot prize at the same time. 😱🤯🍜⏰

With a burning desire in his heart to win and often stealing sneaky glances at his competitor’s bowl every so often, Kevin’s will to win radiated from him like glowing embers. He pushed himself to do jumping jacks and walked several laps around our restaurant in an effort to speed up digestion. His body drooped in fatigue from fullness, but never his heart. No one was beating Kevin. Kevin took home the jackpot of $90. Thanks for the courageous fight, Kevin. 🥊💰🏆

90 degrees in June means we’re back the “Warm Weather Favorites” series! Our beef short ribs always gets so much love from you all, but we’re here to highlight one of our other favorite grilled meats on the menu. Two succulent pork chops grilled to perfection over a bed of fluffy white rice. The rice and porkchops grill plate is perfect at any time of day, rain or shine. 🐷🌞

It’s been a week since Coachella ended and we still have Bieber Fever. We hope that y’all aren’t tired of all the JB albums and playlists we’ve been playing long before and long after Bieberchella 🤣🙏🏻

Just like Justin makes us all feel like One Less Lonely Girl, seeing y’all walk through our doors over and over again makes us feel like One Less Lonely Pho shop.

1:10pm: Eyes are bright and full of determination. Ready to take on the world AND the pho challenge. Feeling a greater sense of purpose.

1:50pm: Holding hand rail for dear life. Won’t look at pho for at least a week. Head and shoulders drooped in shame, but quickly soothes himself by saying “it is what it is”. Frank Ocean plays on the drive home as he looks out the window.

Thanks for stopping by, Zach! He can eat 15,000 calories in one day but he can’t defeat our pho challenge. Hope to see you again for a rematch!
