Island Thyme Grill was a new Caribbean fast-casual restaurant located on Guadalupe Street in Austin, Texas. The restaurant was inspired by the flavors of the Caribbean and aimed to provide a unique dining experience for its customers. Founded by brothers Michael and Patrick Butigian, who were drawn to the beach lifestyle while growing up in New York, Island Thyme Grill sought to bring the delightful cuisine of the Caribbean to their customers in Austin.
