You already know what you should be eating. That was never the problem.
The problem is Wednesday. The week gets loud, the good intentions go quiet, and you are back to whatever is fastest.
This is the fix. 🌿 Food As Medicine is four Monday evenings in our kitchen, actually making the food with us. Not watching. Not taking notes you will never reread. Hands on the knife, hands in the bowl, walking out each week able to make it again on your own.
Here is the month:
🥣 Week 1. Breakfasts and functional drinks that hold your energy steady and quiet the cravings.
🥗 Week 2. Soups, salads, and nourishing bowls that make eating well the easy choice all week long.
🥑 Week 3. Dips, sauces, and dressings that make real food crave-worthy. This is the week people stop missing the old stuff.
🍫 Week 4. Desserts. Real ones, made from whole ingredients, with no guilt to negotiate with.
🗓️ Mondays, 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Starts June 8. Investment is $1,450, and it includes a Total Toxic Load Assessment (TOX), our educational assessment, plus a call with Dr. Sara Siso, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
In this family, we do not white-knuckle our way to eating well. We learn the skills, we share the counter, and we make it something we actually want to come back to. 💛

I spent years being told, “your labs look fine.”
And for a while, I believed that meant I should feel fine too.
But here’s what I’ve come to understand, both clinically and personally:
Standard blood work is designed to catch disease once it’s already progressed. It’s not designed to capture the daily reality your body is navigating.
What it doesn’t measure is your total toxic load.
The quiet accumulation of what you’re exposed to every single day.
Not just one thing.
It’s not just your shampoo.
It’s your shampoo, your cookware, your water, your air, your stress, your sleep patterns, the foods your body is trying to process, and the environments you move through.
Individually, each may seem insignificant.
Collectively, they become a burden your body has to continuously adapt to.
And the body is brilliant. It compensates. It recalibrates. It keeps going.
Until it can’t.
That’s when you begin to feel it.
Fatigue that doesn’t make sense 😴
Brain fog that clouds your clarity 🧠
Digestion that feels unpredictable 🌿
Skin changes. Sleep disruption. A general sense that something is “off,” even when everything on paper says you’re fine.
Because “normal labs” don’t measure saturation.
They don’t show you how close your system is to its threshold.
So there becomes this gap…
Between what your labs say
And what your body is trying to communicate.
And this is where so many people get stuck.
Not because nothing is wrong,
but because we haven’t been trained to look at the full picture.
