This is my wonderful sister Lesley. She is always thinking of ways to help others and for that and so much more we love her dearly. Our mom would always rally so many donations around the American Heart Association heart walk and Lesley has now taken on that deed for herself and I could not be more proud. Our grandfather George passed away too soon from a cardiac event and while he is dearly missed we have rallied around this grief to try and give back. In honor of him and the millions upon millions of people affected by heart disease every year we humbly ask for any donation big or small. Your donation along with so many other generous and loving people could be the difference for a family down the line. 💜 ❤️ donation link here https://www2.heart.org/site/TR;jsessionid=00000000.app30014a?px=6780021&fr_id=13150&pg=personal&NONCE_TOKEN=6E04EF1EF0F55A40E595AE40F4070A30 ❤️💜 link will also be in bio

Every week pretty much starts the same around here. Hours in the kitchen, prepping to bring you great food. 🔥
Our brined beef gets a good coating of our house spice blend, then it’s post oak smoked low and slow until it’s tender inside and wrapped up in that thick, peppery bark we love.

Tell your friends you know a spot.
This is our take on a brisket cheesesteak. Smoked brisket, melty cheese and a smoked pepper aioli, all on a toasted hoagie.
Once you try it, you won’t know whether to share or gatekeep.
Some spots you keep to yourself. This one you share, but only with the right people. 🤫

For us, soup season never ends.
Our homemade matzoh balls start with a stock built from chicken bones smoked on the pit, coaxing a deep chicken flavor into the broth, with schmaltz folded into the matzoh balls for extra richness. Carrots and celery go in late so they keep a little crunch, a nice contrast against the soft matzoh ball, and a fresh sprig of dill ties it all together.
It’s the kind of nostalgic comfort that never goes out of season.

The Rachel is our top seller and a classic in the Mum Foods kitchen. We know you’ve probably heard that yellow mustard is the only way to go with pastrami, but once you have the Russian dressing and house coleslaw combo its one you’ll want day after day.
