The Tsukemen Series is back this week with Shoyu Wonton Tsukemen!

Have you had wontons in ramen or tsukemen before?

Wontons are incredibly popular at many great ramen shops in Japan. Japanese-style wontons are known for their delicate, thin wrappers, giving them an incredibly smooth and silky texture that’s so awesome to slurp.

Each bowl comes with two housemade pork & shrimp wontons, an old-school shoyu dipping broth made from pork, chicken, and gyokai (seafood), topped with chashu, menma, scallions, nori, ajitama, and yuzu.

This one takes a lot of time and labor to prepare, from folding each wonton by hand to building the broth and noodles from scratch. We’re excited to finally share it with y’all and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Available Wednesday through Sunday for dine-in only, or until sold out.

See y’all this week!

This week we’re taking a short pause on tsukemen and bringing a special mazesoba back to the menu 🍜

Introducing our Junk Jiro Style Mazesoba - inspire by jiro style ramen. Thick and chewy mazesoba noodles tossed in soy sauce and loaded with an absurd amount of toppings.

A mountain of bean sprouts and cabbage, pork chashu, ground pork, kimchi, scallions, fried shallots, fresh garlic, soy-marinated pork fat, mozzarella cheese, mayo, bonito flakes, raw egg, and yes… Cheetos.

Messy, garlicky, heavy, j***y, and extremely satisfying.

Available beginning Wednesday at 5PM and continuing throughout the week or until sold out. We look forward to seeing you 🍜

A garlicky tonkotsu shoyu dipping broth layered with soy marinated back fat on top, bringing richness and depth. Just enough heat to make you sweat. Thick tsukemen noodles sit under a heap of bean sprouts, finished with more back fat, chives kimchi, extra garlic, and pork chashu 😋

Tsukemen specials start every Wednesday and run through the week or until sold out, usually before Sunday.

This week’s tsukemen special: Spicy Chashumen Tsukemen (aka Spicy Chan-kei style tsukemen) 🌶️

Have you tried Chan-kei style? Lately, it’s been blowing up in Tokyo as one of the go-to comfort meals for busy salarymen. Unlike last week’s rich niboshi tonkotsu, Chan-kei leans on a crystal clear pork broth that’s light in appearance but loaded with porky depth and umami. It’s simple and satisfying without feeling heavy.

The noodles: flat, smooth, and slippery, built for slurping, made with Hokkaido wheat for that perfect bite. Toppings include chashu, menma, scallions, nori.

Available starting Wednesday and running all week until sold out. These tend to go fast, come early to lock in your bowl. Thank you all for your continued support. We look forward to serving you this week.

This week we’re kicking off our long-awaited Summer Tsukemen Series ☀️🍜

Last year’s run was a blast, this year might be even better.

We’re starting with a banger: Niboshi Tsukemen

Rich, thick tonkotsu gyokai dipping broth layered with bold niboshi flavors. Paired with thick, chewy noodles made with premium Hokkaido wheat. Topped with chashu, menma, ajitama, nori, naruto, scallions.

Available Wednesday - Sunday or until sold out. These specials tend to sell out before the end of the week so come early to secure a bowl.

Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We’re back to our regular weekly specials 🙌

This week, we’re cooking up something special for crawfish season - bringing back a fan favorite from last year: Mala Cajun Crawfish Ramen 🔥🦞

Umami-rich chicken broth layered with garlic cajun flavor, finished with a touch of mala 🌶️ heat. Topped with mala crawfish, sausage, ajitama, scallions, cilantro, and pickled jalapenos. It hits all the right notes.

Available Wednesday - Sunday (or until sold out).

We’re excited to see you this week! 🍜

Hey guys, before announcing this week’s special, we wanted to let you know that after this week our team will be taking a short break from March 18th to April 1st for our annual spring break. It’s a small chance for our crew to rest, recharge, and come back refreshed for the next summer tsukemen series. We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding.

Now for this week’s special: we will be serving Green Curry Ramen - a masterpiece from my mentor . It’s truly a privilege for us to serve this bowl at the shop.

This bowl features a triple broth of pork, chicken, and dashi, along with our homemade green curry paste. Toppings include two types of pork chashu, menma, spinach, scallions, cilantro, and ajitama.

As always, our special runs Wednesday through Sunday, or until sold out. If you’ve been thinking about stopping by, this week is a great chance before we take our short break. We look forward to seeing you one last time before the break!

We’re debuting our brand new premium Hokkaido flour this week with this awesome special: Jiro-kei Tsukemen. It’s ultmately our fans’ favorite.

Tonkotsu shoyu dipping broth, cold and chewy tsukemen noodles made in house, toppings include pork chashu, moyashi, garlic, soy marinated pork fat and chives kimchi. Garlicky, savory and addictive.

When the weather warms up, it’s tsukemen time. 🍜

This week’s special: Taishoken Tsukemen - the original style of tsukemen.

Inspired by Higashi-Ikebukuro Taishoken in Tokyo, where ramen legend Kazuo Yamagishi introduced tsukemen in 1961. Thin, chewy noodles paired with a light yet rich soup layered with pork, chicken, and gyokai flavors.

Topped with smoked chashu, menma, scallions, yuzu, naruto, and ajitama.

Available Wednesday to Sunday or until sold out.
Tip: we offer complimentary soup wari for this one - just check the option when you order.

See y’all soon.

Yoooo 😈 we had to go darker for this one.

SURPRISE WEEKEND SPECIAL

🖤 Black Magic Tonkotsu (aka Black Ink Tonkotsu)
Inspired by Ramen Nagi 🙇🏻

Jet-black tonkotsu loaded with ocean umami from squid ink. Deep, rich, and silky, but still pork-forward the way we like it.

Built with:
• Thin Hakata-style noodles
• Pork chashu
• Kikurage
• Scallions
• Black ink ground pork
• Garlic chips

This one eats bold. Dark. A little mysterious. A little dangerous.

Available starting tonight Friday until Sunday or whenever we sell out.

Can’t wait for y’all to try it 🖤🍜

01/21/2026

This week’s special is one of the most beloved ramen styles in Japan, and my personal all-time favorite: Yokohama Tonkotsu Shoyu aka Iekei.

Iekei ramen was born in Yokohama, known for its rich pork-based broth blended with shoyu, bold aroma, and unmistakable character. There are many legendary shops in this genre, but our bowl is inspired by Hiiki in Tokyo, a shop I visited in 2023. What stood out to me was how refined their soup was - silky and clean yet still packed with the powerful soul that defines true Iekei.

Our version features a creamy pork and chicken broth, finished with fragrant chicken fat aroma for depth and richness. The noodles are cut shorter than standard ramen, staying true to traditional Iekei style. Toppings are classic: smoked pork loin, spinach, scallions, nori. Just simple and iconic.

Available Wednesday through Sunday or until sold out.

Thank you always for the love and support.
Can’t wait to see you all come through and crush this bowl.

Have you tried gyukotsu?

Gyukotsu ramen is the beef version of tonkotsu - a rich, creamy paitan broth packed with deep, beefy umami. Bold, savory, and super comforting.

We’re serving it with slightly thicker, chewier noodles that hold up beautifully in the broth. Topped with BBQ-style pork chashu, menma, scallions, and pickled jalapeños to cut through the creaminess and keep each bite balanced.

Available Wednesday through Sunday, or until sold out.
Can’t wait to see y’all crushing this one. 🍜

🍜 FIRST SPECIAL OF 2026 🍜

This bowl has lived in my head ever since I had it at Ryushanhai Honten inside the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum in the summer of 2023.

Inspired by the legendary Akayu-style miso ramen from Yamagata, this bowl is bold, rich, and deeply comforting. A hearty miso base layered with deep savory flavors, finished with the iconic spicy miso paste that slowly melts into the soup, letting you adjust the heat and intensity as you eat.

The noodles are high hydration, temomi style, meaning each portion is hand-pressed to order. This technique creates irregular, wavy strands with an incredible chew, giving the noodles a unique shape and texture that clings onto the soup beautifully.

📅 Available Wednesday - Sunday, or until sold out. Dine in only.

Thank you always for supporting us and trusting us to share these stories through ramen. We’re excited to bring you even more delicious ramen in 2026 ❤️🍜

Surpriseee 👀 it’s been a minute… 🦐 Ebi Shrimp Tsukemen is back this week.

This is the 4th time we’ve made this bowl, and it’s easily the best version yet. A rich, silky shrimp-based dipping broth layered with deep ebi umami, paired with our homemade tsukemen noodles made thick and chewy for dipping. Finished with chashu, menma, nori, ajitama, and scallions.

Available Wednesday through Sunday or until sold out. Grab one before it’s gone 🍜🦐
