Black Walnut Kitchen & Bar recently participated in the annual Ready Woodlands Emergency Preparedness Event, held at The Woodlands Township.
This important community event focused on hurricane preparedness, emergency planning, and family safety, drawing hundreds of residents and families.
As a longtime member of The Woodlands community, Black Walnut provided complimentary breakfast catering for event exhibitors and agency participants, fueling the morning with fresh, chef-crafted favorites. Attendees received free kids’ gelato, which quickly became a crowd favorite on a warm spring day.

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce we have decided to permanently close both of our Austin locations at Four Points and Austin Commons as of today, June 22.
As we continue to work through this unprecedented situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, this was the best course of action we could take for our operations and teams as a whole.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your patronage since we first opened our doors in Austin in 2013. We know it has been a challenging time and we especially appreciate your support over the last few months as we adapted to to-go orders only and even as we reopened our dining rooms.
