Dear Fluff Friends,

Welp, sadly, the time has come. Due to the increased economic turmoil, unpredictability of the supply chain (who really needs boxes, cold cup lids, and oat milk - we do!), and the sheer insanity of operating a restaurant even in “normal” or the "before" times and much more so now, we will be closing our doors permanently on Sunday, July 3rd at 7pm.

It has been a long, winding, wonderful, and, at times bewildering, road, but fun nonetheless. Thus, I want to take this time to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you for your steadfast support of Fluff for the past four years— my team and I are truly grateful. We wouldn't have made it through the past few years without you. We will miss seeing all of you in store (and each other) and we wish you all the absolute best of luck in this crazy world!

A few things to note for the next two weeks:

50% off of merch and all our non-edible mercantile items: starting tomorrow all non-edible mercantile items will be 50% off till we run out. This means our totes, shirts, ceramics, loose leaf teas, party supplies, and much, much more will be on half off! If you purchase any of these online, the discount will show in your cart.

Online & Pre-orders will end Tuesday, June 28th: As we will be wrapping up operations, we will naturally start running out of things that won't make sense to replenish in bulk, so we can only guarantee so many orders before we close (read: get your orders on soon!). Pick-ups will still continue through the end of Sunday, July 3th, but you will not be able to make a preorder after 7pm Tuesday, June 28th – everything thereafter will need to be ad-hoc phone- or walk-in.

Afternoon Tea Service Bookings: We are still booking Teas reservations right up till the end, so please give us a call and book one for a last hurrah!

Lastly, For those of you who have made reservations or booked something after Sunday, July 3rd, we will be in touch tomorrow to sort that out.*****
