Regency continues to expand its national footprint with two new specialty grocery-anchored projects on opposite coasts.
We recently closed on The Shops at Fall Hill, a new ground-up development in Fredericksburg, VA. The center will bring approximately 39,700 SF of retail to the area, anchored by a leading grocer alongside a multi-tenant building and three outparcels.
Regency has also announced plans for Redlands Marketplace in Redlands, CA, a roughly 70,000-SF Whole Foods Market anchored center in the Inland Empire. Construction is slated to begin in Q4 2026.
Two markets, one strategy: investing where residential growth meets genuine demand for essential retail.

You don't have to be in crisis to call 988. That's the message behind this year's theme: '988 Reasons: Your reason is reason enough.' Stressed, overwhelmed, worried about a loved one, or just need someone to talk to — help is available 24/7, by phone or text.
Regency Centers is honored to be a founding participant in Signs of HOPE, which has helped bring 988 Lifeline messaging to nearly 1,700 shopping centers across the country. It's a small reminder in a place people already go, that support is close by.
