Today for lunch, we have our 1/4lb Nathans All Beef Hot Dogs or Chili Cheese Dogs served with Homemade Potato Chips and a side of Cole Slaw. Today for lunch, we have our version of a Cuban Sandwich. Slow Roasted Seasoned Pork topped with Black Forrest Ham, Swiss Cheese, Pickles and Mustard in an Authentic Cuban Roll toasted in the oven! In addition, Kim made a Thai Peanut Chicken Pasta Salad. Cavatappi Pasta mixed with chunks of Chicken Breast, Red & Green Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Edamame, Chopped Peanuts and Thai Basil (straight from our Garden) all mixed with a Sweet & Salty Peanut Dressing.
