The Hot Box Diner The Hot Box Diner was a food truck and snack van known for its unique made-to-order creations, crafted by owner and chef Robert Joseph Sharp. Established in 2014, the diner specialized in scratch-made dishes that reflected a blend of traditional and cultural cuisines. Chef Sharp, who brought over 14 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, focused on providing high-quality dining experiences with an emphasis on fresh ingredients. The diner featured signature offerings such as Quesadillas, Sushi-style Flautas, and Cuban-style fried Plantains (tostones). Unfortunately, the establishment has been permanently closed since October 28, 2022.

As we close our business, we send a special thank you to Scott, Ramona, Sean, and the rest of the fantastic folks at Adelbert's Brewery.
We loved hanging out, feeding the folks and drinking many delicious brews since 2019.
We are forever grateful for the memories.
