We know them as Quipes in the DR. Lebanese and Syrian immigrants brought kibbeh during Trujillo's rule. Though a painful period, it brought us these amazing flavors. Thank you to those immigrants in overall that brought not just their recipes, but also money, culture and traditions. We have been melting for years in the Dominican Republic’s pot. By the way, you can air frying them at 400F for 23 minutes straight from the freezer. Staying healthy is staying strong.

Good morning mi gente and for the ones who did not know! First location in Austin, Texas was 5th St. and Chicon St. with one family car carrying gray water plus ingredients all over Austin. Days and Nights cooking making it beautiful with my mother. This was the roof that we built with the support of my daily visitors that was completely destroyed and thrown in pieces on 7 St. (Trailer Park in front of the cementery) after months of serving beautiful people on my one year anniversary. Being a successful
and happy year for me coming out in many magazines in Austin, I was taken away.

Photo 2: Location #5 was 2505 Webberville Rd. Austin, Texas. Right where Desnudo is parked at the moment.

Photo 3: My 2nd new trailer custom made in 2024. Now I am selling it, let me know if you are interested I will definitely consider your offer.
