Starting September 9, we will be opening from 5-9pm on Wednesday evenings Austin Beerworks Sprinkle Valley with a limited Cajun menu. Look forward to our versions of some of your favorites, but our first menu will be some amazing sandwiches along with fried to order catfish fillets.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!
Thanksgiving preorders are now LIVE on our website! We decided it's about to be September so why not? Just like last year we will offer whole smoked homemade hams, but we are also offering our lemon pepper turkey breast as well this year, along with the soon-to-be-famous crawfish cornbread dressing and a few other goodies.
You can place your order at parishbarbecue.com. Click "order online" and scroll all the way to the bottom to view Thanksgiving items.
PLEASE keep in mind that the system will allow you to schedule an order for same day pickup, but Thanksgiving orders will ONLY be available to pick up at our trailer on Wednesday, November 25 from 11am-5pm.
We appreciate your support and hope you'll consider bringing our food to your holiday table!

We are super excited to announce an overhaul of our website! It's now LIVE and we would appreciate if you'd visit and give us feedback. We also are announcing a new online ordering platform within our site and it will allow you to place same day orders for pickup as long as an item isn't sold out. Thank you so much to Ben Yanto Visuals for the incredible photo that we chose for our home page.

If you haven't tried our Cream Corn Maque Choux, now is your chance! We're swapping out our cane syrup pit beans for the rest of the summer while fresh corn is in!
Fresh corn cut off the cob, cooked down with cream cheese, the holy trinity, garlic, jalapeño and tomato. We think It's the best cream corn you'll ever try! Come grab some this week!

1. If you're coming from downtown Austin, take I-35 North.
2. Exit at 51st Street and turn left onto 51st.

4. The location will be on your right side. There is street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking restrictions.
**Public Transport:**
1. You can take Capital Metro bus routes that service the area, such as Route 10 or Route 20.

3. Get off at the nearest stop to Manor Road and walk a short distance to your destination.
