The Parish Barbecue team is excited to announce that we will be MOVING to a new location. That's right! The cat's out of the bag now. We are stoked to announce that we will be relocating to in a brand new, much larger trailer.
Our last week is THIS WEEK, last day of service being this Sunday 4/26. Starting next Friday, 5/1 we will be popping up at ABW Fri-Sundays until our new trailer is inspected and ready to go.
This was a difficult decision for us to make. We want to emphasize to everyone how much we love the Batch team. Noah, Josh, Gabe, Mark and all of your staff believed in us and our concept and gave us an incredible space to get our business started. We will always appreciate the support y'all gave us. We literally wouldn't be here without you, and we will continue to support you and hopefully collab in the future!
At the same time, we are so so thrilled to embark upon this next chapter, and can't thank Austin Beerworks enough for bringing us into their family. We can't wait to get open and introduce some new menu items to y'all.
Stay tuned for a trailer opening date announcement, as well as an announcement for a belated one year anniversary party sometime around Memorial Day weekend.
A special thank you to my incredible wife .moonflower13 for supporting me and helping me with these decisions. I love you so much babe!
Thank you to and for putting this story out there for us.

What people say
Parish Barbecue on Manor Road in Austin is a delightful culinary destination that beautifully marries Central Texas barbecue with Louisiana roots. The atmosphere is inviting, set in the charming backyard of Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, making it a perfect spot for food lovers to gather.
One of the standout offerings at Parish Barbecue is their Fried Pistolette Rolls with Tabasco Honey Butter. These delectable rolls are crafted from kolache dough by a local collaborator, then fried to perfection in 100% avocado oil for an irresistible crispiness. Served warm with a whipped butter infused with honey and Tabasco, they are an absolute must-try and tend to disappear quickly—so be sure to grab them by the basket!
The team at Parish Barbecue has recently expanded their hours to include Thursdays, allowing even more opportunities for guests to indulge in their unique blend of Cajun-inspired Texas barbecue. Their commitment to quality and community shines through, as they express gratitude for the support they've received since opening.
With exciting menu items like smoked lengua Boudin featuring smoked beef tongue and vibrant Tex-Mex flavors, every visit promises something special. Whether you're stopping by for lunch or enjoying a leisurely meal in the backyard, Parish Barbecue offers an experience that celebrates both flavor and camaraderie. Don’t miss out on this gem in East Austin!
