Groceries arrived! We have green again. It ain't burnt, that's flavor, charred broccoli with smoked salt. Best broccoli I've ever had. Based on Action Bronsons F*ck That's Delicious Recipe. Olive oil, red pepper, smoked sardines, onion, chive and garlic pasta. - Based on Anthony Bourdain's recipe. And sous vide steak that I broke down a while back from a whole strip loin π¨βπ³πͺ Easy and delicious. Came together in about 30 minutes all on the stovetop.

Beet Puree Recipe:
Ingredients
1 to 2 tbsp oil
1/2 small red onion or 1 shallot chopped
2 beets peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup chicken or veggie stock
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Grapefruit, lemon, or orange juice + zest.
Heat oil on medium heat in sauce pan.
Add onion/shallot, cooking until softened, but not beginning to brown.
Add beets, vinegar, stock, salt and pepper.
Cook until almost all liquid is cooked out.
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
Add to blender with yogurt, citrus juice and zest.
Blend until smooth. Add more juice if needed to loosen while blending.
Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 garlic cloves minced
Β½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 green onions thinly sliced
toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling

Ingredient List:
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Rice Vinegar
1/3 C Sambal Oelek (Chili Garlic Paste)
1/4 C Fish Sauce
1/4 C Sriracha
1/4 C Sesame Oil*
1 Tbsp Gochujang*
2 tsp Grated Ginger
1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Scallions, Cilantro, JalapeΓ±os or Red Chilies, and Sesame Seeds for garnish*
Charcoal or Gas Grill (you can bake in the oven or on a grill pan as well)
Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for about an hour before cooking)

8. Turn right onto Duval Rd (signs for Duval Road).
