Chef Jam fell in love with Cajun food the first time she visited New Orleans. The way the flavors layered and built on each other reminded her of Thai cooking, just with a completely different spice pantry. This Saturday, May 23, she’s bringing that love to Thai Fresh. Crawfish plates with Thai sauce, boudin balls, her take on gumbo with a light roux, local potatoes and corn. (All dairy-free and gluten-free!) Noon until sold out 🦞🏃🏽♀️

These are the Thai Fresh dishes we keep coming back to even as the temperature climbs. All are filling and flavorful - but still light enough to actually sound good when it’s scorching outside ☀️
