More than enchiladas. A little piece of Tejano history. ❤️🌮
Our Tex-Mex Enchiladas are a tribute to the Tejano culture that helped shape the food, families, and identity of Central Texas. IYKYK. 🇲🇽🤝🇺🇸
Austin wasn’t always the city we know today. For generations, Mexican American communities faced segregation and discrimination that pushed many families into East Austin and limited where they could live, work, and access services.
But the culture stayed. The families stayed. And the food became part of the story of Texas.
Come taste a little piece of that story at Cruzteca. ❤️
Tag someone who grew up knowing exactly what a proper Tex-Mex enchilada plate is supposed to taste like. 👇
