It is with a mix of emotions that we announce the closure of The Biscuit Hut after 9 incredible years of serving you.
Since Mother's Day 2016, we embarked on a journey to serve breakfast that wasn't the staple of tacos that Austin is known for. We are immensely proud of what we've accomplished together, from our "build your own biscuit" menu starting at the Thicket to our time on campus, and the expansive menu we finished with. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your support, loyalty, and trust over the past nine years. Your patronage has meant the world to us!
This decision was not made lightly and comes after much careful consideration of our situation and where we stand currently with the business. While this chapter is closing, the memories and connections we've built will undoubtedly last.
Thank you once again for being a part of our journey. We cherish the relationships we've built and the opportunity we've had to serve you.
Sincerely,
The Biscuit Hut
❤️
