Back to where it started. We heard you.
The thin spring roll wrapper had its moment… but nothing like true Chinese takeout eggroll.
So we brought it back!
Bigger.
Crunchier.
Craggier.
That golden, blistered shell that shatters when you bite into it.
Stuffed with old memories -hot, savory, packed, and good for a dip.
The new eggroll is the old eggroll.
Back in our lives. $6 each.

Note: contains egg in the new wrapper — no longer vegan 🙏

Char siu is one of those smells you never forget. In Cantonese the name means “fork roasted,” because the pork was hung on long forks and cooked over open fire in the old barbecue shops. Traditionally people use pork shoulder, but our kitchen likes pork belly. The fat slowly renders and the glaze caramelizes so the outside gets that sticky char and the inside stays soft and juicy. Sweet, a little smoky, a little savory -simple food, but when it’s done right, it’s something special.
