We looove a Monday morning cupping sesh 🥰 Pictured here are Dawson and Kyra, two GG production roasters, smelling the fresh grinds of several fresh coffee harvests.

Together we’ll talk about what we smell and taste, then maybe make slight changes to the roast profile to promote sweetness, clarity, and balance. Pretty cool, right? We love what we do ❤️

This is coffee 😍😍😍

Every cup of coffee you’ve ever had started its life as a seedling. After 3-5 years, that seedling sprouted into a fully grown coffee tree with gentle white flowers and ripe red cherries. Inside each cherry are two seeds, seeds we call “coffee beans”. Pretty incredible, right?! These ruby red beauties were harvested by hand in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua.

Reko is our newest featured ‘spro. It’s a blend of landrace varieties from smallholder farmers in the southern part of Ethiopia. It smells like flowers, tastes like peaches, and feels like a hot girl summer. Stop by for a doppio or an ICED AMERICANO, which is quite possibly the best way to enjoy this coffee ☀️🌻😎

Hard to believe this time last month we were on our way to Nicaragua! 🤯 We went to visit some of our partners after a recent harvest, taste their fresh coffees, and select which ones we’d like to buy for the upcoming year. Special shout out to Luis Alberto and the Lovo family for hosting us, for arranging the trip, and the wonderful folks at for being the best travel partners!

We’ll be sharing more origin stories this month, but for now, please enjoy this photo dump 🥰

What’s your fav gg coffee we carry and why?

My favorite coffee has got to be Bishan Dimo (light). It smells amazing, I love the tea-like feel to it and the honeydew and peach note 🍈

What music artist have you been having on repeat lately?

Lately, I’ve been listening to a lot of Automatic! They’re an indie-rock girl band, their music is inspired by the 80s which is my fav 🎶

What are your hobbies? :)

In my free time I like to cook and try new recipes, I also enjoy reading a good book and experimenting with film photography! 🎞️

Happy Monday before Thanksgiving! Power through, you got this. Rest and relaxation are coming soon (we hope) 🥰

Heads up, our cafe will be open on Wednesday until 2pm for any last minute coffee needs. We pair well with dessert, pie for breakfast, cramming for Friendsgiving, and reconnecting with your cool cousins. Stop by for some coffee beans for the whole fam! ☃️

We’ll be closed on Thursday and reopen on Friday with a brand new seasonal menu and NO deals! Just good coffee, good people, and a place to hide from crazy shoppers 💕
