Founded by Ralph Gilmore, an experienced culinary expert with a diverse background in various fields, the business gained immense popularity for its delectable seafood offerings and other options that one could get on a Po Boy, Taco or Salad. Turf N' Surf's reputation for the best fish tacos in town led to it being selected to take over the kitchen at Lavaca Street Bar, where it continued to thrive until its permanent closure. Please note that this business is permanently closed.

1st of all thank you for a great weekend all that came out and we had cold bar it was a hit boiled shrimp oyster and are ceviche is so good spice tuna avocado tower and pokee wraps much loved lump crab avocado tower mexi shrimp cocktail oyster shooters now ever Saturday and Sunday we add blacken mac n cheese much loved make are spot your spot for football 1st big game is Thursday at 730 Houston and chefs lots of tvs and bar staff will hit your tables for drinks with this xtar business i will be able to catch up on everthing so please come eat good have fun and most of all be safe

I got everything moved out of domain today and hand keys too new people flyrite chicken they made it easy for me to get out of my lease and my domain crew will be helping me at downtown location so I want too thank all you all for coming out in last weeks keep following us on Facebook downtown will stay open if you ever down there and when this passes maybe I find another location much love too you

food magazine and thank you for supporting and sharing my food to all your fans here in Austin. From the buttom of my heart thank you to all for you trying to help me pay bills for the domain location and to help my employees while I can before closing. It’s a good feeling to see y’all posting. Please come visit the domain location as it is my last weekend Lavaca Street Bar at Rock Rose. Downtown location will be the only one left, so if your near there please go see your favorite bartenders and eat anything you want from my menu.

Weekend is here y’all, and it will be my last weekend for the 📍 Domain location to be open. Please come visit Lavaca Street Bar at Rock Rose and make it a great memory of ordering your favorites from my menu for to go orders or dinning outside. This is REALLY HARD for me and thinking that it is my last weekend there, but seeing all your postings and sharing it puts a smile on my face. Please get anything you love from my menu this weekend! I really would appreciate your continuous support for rock rose location be fore July 27th.

To get to Rock Rose Avenue in Austin, you can take the Capital Metro bus route 803 or 3 which stops nearby. If you prefer to drive, take the Mopac Expressway and exit at Duval Road. There is parking available in the nearby parking lots and garages.
