Springtime & warm weather 🌞 means it’s time to drop our crispy, fruity, refreshingly tart, Pink Tropics 🍻 🥳.
A lite, fruited ale with the right amount of pink guava puree to bring a ton of flavor. Perfect beer to crush on our patio or yours.

We’ll be closing at 5 PM today for a private event, but we’re open all day before then.

Trying out some ‘To Thee!’ Pilsner malt by in their collaboration with , in our latest batch of Eastside Pilsner which drops next week. This malt is absolutely delicious. Getting some nice light sweets with doughy/bready flavors and sweet cereal. 🥣 🍞
If you’ve not tried our flagship pils lately, it’s been the #1 selling beer in our taproom for 6 straight months since joined our team last year.

🏈 Game day at Hi Sign 🍊
We’re showing the Longhorns vs. Wolverines football game with sound tomorrow at 12:00 PM, so come early, grab a seat, and settle in for a proper watch party.
We’ll be pouring $4 pints of El Berto, shaking up $7 espresso martinis, and the food truck will be running specials throughout the game to keep everyone fueled from kickoff to final whistle.
⏰ Holiday hours reminder: we’ll be closing at 5 PM tomorrow and will be closed all day on January 1st. Be sure to check us out this weekend for our new cocktail menu and the non-alcoholic options we’re rolling out.
