As the temperatures begin to cool, we find ourselves reaching for some of our favorite wh***ey cocktails, and few are more timeless than the Manhattan.

With more a century and a half of history behind it, the Manhattan remains one of the most celebrated cocktails of all time. Although its exact origins are still a matter of debate, the drink had already appeared in print by 1884 and has remained a staple of cocktail culture ever since.

Our version stays true to the classic formula, combining Rye Wh***ey, our House Sweet Vermouth Blend, Bitters, and a touch of Salt Tincture to bring everything into balance. The result is a rich, spirit-forward, and beautifully layered cocktail that's as enjoyable today as it was more than a century ago.

Or, if you're looking to treat yourself, try our President's Version featuring ***ey's The Boss Hog X The Commandments 17-yr Barrel Strength Rye Wh***ey!

Whether you're winding down after a long day or settling in for an evening with friends, there's never a bad time to enjoy a well-made Manhattan. Stop by The Roosevelt Room this weekend and let us make one for you.

Cheers to you!

As we head into fall, we’re ready to reach for some of our favorite cocktails to carry us into the cooler days ahead. One of those favorites is our take on the Bobby Burns, a classic Scotch-based relative of the Manhattan with more than a century of history behind it.

One of the earliest known appearances of the Bobby Burns dates to the early 1910s at the Big Brass Rail inside New York’s Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, with the cocktail later finding its way into Harry Craddock’s 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. Named for beloved Scottish poet Robert “Rabbie” Burns, the drink has endured as a fitting celebration of Scotch, tradition, and thoughtful cocktail craftsmanship.

Our version combines our own RR House Blended Scotch, 10-Year Islay Scotch, Punt e Mes, , Abbott’s Bitters, salt tincture, and aromatic lemon oils for a rich, warming, and beautifully layered sip.

And if you’re looking to make it extra special, try our President’s Version, featuring 30-Year Single Malt Scotch.

Here’s to crisp evenings, cozy pours, and cocktails made for the season.

Cheers to you!
