Hello there! We're gearing up for our spring season! We’re a Texas BBQ food trailer with an awesome location at Lustre Pearl South off Menchaca Rd in south Austin. Positive work environment and really great team that supports each other all the way around. We’re seeking a line cook/pit crew member to join our team who is motivated, friendly, punctual, dependable, and has a passion for BBQ. Food truck/trailer experience-BBQ experience is a huge plus, but not necessarily required. Must have a willingness to learn more about the craft - as we do provide training for this position. Job functions will be anything from building a fire, prepping meats/sides, slicing, serving, cleaning, cashiering, etc. Applicant must have good knife skills, quick preparation handling, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, speedy ticket times, along with having great customer service skills. Dependable transportation a must. Must be able to work weekends. 35+hrs per week or part time is also okay. Pays $18-$20 DOE + Tips
