Thank you! Those are the words that come to mind when we think of all the amazing people that graced our doors to create the best times.
We are saddened to come to the decision to close mudbugs and while we loved serving Buda and the other great towns around us, the times we are in have led us to this painful result.
We are still working hard to get our staff caught up and paid what they are due.
We gave all we had and are keeping our heads held high through this.
Again, We are incredibly thankful for the support, friendships, and memories we’ve shared with this amazing community. It has truly been our privilege to serve Buda.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to our customers, employees, and everyone who supported us along the way. We will always be grateful.

FOLKS!! Tonight’s Daily Dozen will flip yas tastebuds every which way but loose! Citrus, spice, tequila, redfish, shrimp!!! I don’t remember Bubba telling Forest about this shrimp preparation! His bottom lip wouldve dropped to the floor! C’mon in and get this before it’s gone! A bakers dozen this evening!! See yall real soon and love you real much!

why do we even call it Friday?! We should call it Steakday!! 8 oz of top 1% select, wrapped with applewood smoked bacon, drizzled with our house Cajun butter, served with garlic mashers and seared green beans!!
It’s just fantastic! Just ask our staff who’s mowing it down!!

5 jumbo shrimp, dusted with lemon pepper seasoning, griddled to perfection & served over linguine in a lemon pepper Alfredo!

Whiskey Wednesdays attracts drunken pork chop! Thick cut pork porterhouse, fire kissed, crowned with sweet potato hay, drizzled with a bacon, bourbon, butter and brown sugar redux! Pair all that with peas and carrots sautéed in our cajun buttah!!!

Did we just say that!? CAJUN! SEAFOOD! LASAGNA!!
Parmesan, Gouda, Ricotta, Jack and Cheddar cheeses joined with lump crab, shrimp and crawfish! Yum yum yum! We have a strict limit of 12 and those lucky twelve will leave bragging that they got one and you didn’t. Don’t be late, be the one who brags!

Scallops on a Monday night?! YUP this is happening tonight! Three brown butter sear scallops, three jumbo blackened shrimp, served over our caper beurre blanc and paired with our Cajun mushroom risotto!
Holy mollusk dinners Buda!! This one will ABSOLUTELY disappear fast, but won’t disappoint those of yall that got here before they sell out!

We have this seafood stuffed, oven roasted bell peppers, paired with seared green beans and our filthy rice! This will not disappoint!
Buuuuuuut keep y’all’s eyes peeled, next week, for upcoming new menu items! Not gonna give it away here and now, buuuuut, yall have asked for it, so we will deliver! You are all gonna be sooo happy!
