To get to the location on West 6th Street, you can take the MetroRail Red Line and get off at the Downtown Station. From there, it's a short walk to the venue. Alternatively, you can take bus routes 1, 3, or 5 and get off at the West 6th/Lavaca stop.
If driving, take Mopac Expressway and exit at Enfield Road. Turn left onto West Lynn Street and continue until you reach West 6th Street. There is limited street parking available in the area, but there are also several paid parking lots nearby.
