🔥 The Pitmaster Cuban Sandwich is leading off our Tuesday at Stiles Switch!
💥 We only feature this special sandwich once a month, and today is the day!
It takes a week for us to house brine and smoke our ham. We slice it deli thin, and combine it with our slow smoked pork shoulder. Dressed with Lance’s Mustard, Swiss Cheese, and pickles. Griddle pressed served hot & ready! Served with a side of our homemade French fries.

🔥 Thats a wrap on Father’s Day folks! We thank you so much for showing up HUGE for us today. There is no “I” in this amazing team. This crew has been prepping around the clock all week for this special day, and the thanks is all on this side of the table.
