Stepping into this restaurant feels like entering a Puerto Rican food haven, where every dish is prepared with authenticity and love. Chef Chago and his wife, Solemar, have passed down their family recipes to create a menu that is both delicious and satisfying.

One of the highlights at Chago's is their Mofongos, made from fried green plantains mashed together in a traditional pilón (mortar) with broth, garlic, olive oil, and pork crackling. Each dish showcases the rich flavors and vibrant ingredients that make Caribbean cuisine so beloved.

To complement your meal at Chago's Caribbean Cuisine, don't forget to indulge in their delicious Piña Colada. This tropical cocktail perfectly complements the bold and savory flavors of the dishes, transporting you to a Caribbean paradise with every sip.
