Holy Roller

Holy Roller Holy Roller was a downtown diner that offered a quirky mishmash menu of nostalgic breakfast and brunch-centric fare along with an unforgettable cocktail and craft beer and wine list. It was also known for its late-night bar options on weekends, complete with an atmosphere full of grit and attitude. Unfortunately, Holy Roller has been permanently closed.

When I opened Holy Roller in the summer of 2017, I wanted to preserve a piece of the soul of this city that I love so dearly, and give you guys something a little against the grain. Well… and I wanted to sell some biscuits. ⁣

I had no way of knowing that we would build a place that felt so much like home for so many. That we would help champion for mental health. That we would throw ridiculous Halloween parties and have pie eating competitions. That we would be on TV! That we would become a family with our neighbors. And that we would sell hundreds and hundreds of thousands of biscuits along the way. I am so fortunate in this life to have been a part of something so spectacular, and I am eternally grateful for the friendships and partnerships that have carried me through this whirlwind. ⁣

It is with great sadness that I announce that Holy Roller will close after service today -- but in true Holy Roller fashion, we’ll be back next weekend to celebrate the community that we’ve been so lucky to be a part of these past few years with one last badass brunch. ⁣

Keep an eye out for details later this week but make plans to party with us from 10-3 next Saturday and Sunday. Come say goodbye, enjoy one of our “greatest hits” for the last time, and help us give this joint the send off it deserves! ⁣

This has been an amazing ride. And, by now, you all know I always have a fun surprise up my sleeve. Follow me to stay in touch and see what’s happening next.⁣

I love you all. Thank you for your love, support, generosity, and willingness to get a little weird with me. ⁣
