📚💙 YOU ARE JUST THE RIGHT SIZE! — BOOK SIGNING WITH JENN HASTON 💙📚

What story are you telling yourself? Who made that story up? And what story will you tell instead?

Join us at Kick Butt Coffee on Saturday, November 14, for an afternoon with author, speaker, and facilitator Jenn Haston, also known as The Boss of Balance, as she celebrates her book You Are Just The Right Size: A Journey Toward Body Awareness, Appreciation, and Self-Compassion.

💙 ABOUT THE BOOK

Have you ever looked back at an old photograph and wondered why you were so critical of yourself?

For many of us, the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies begin early in life. They're shaped by comparisons, expectations, outside opinions, and the belief that we'll finally be happy when something about us changes.

In You Are Just The Right Size, Jenn Haston explores how those stories develop and how we can begin rewriting them.

Through personal experiences, thoughtful reflections, practical exercises, and research on body image and self-compassion, Jenn encourages readers to develop a kinder, healthier relationship with themselves.

The book isn't about pretending to love every part of yourself every day. It's about recognizing that your worth isn't determined by your appearance, your size, or anyone else's expectations.

✨ MEET THE AUTHOR — JENN HASTON

Jenn Haston is an author, speaker, and facilitator who encourages people to challenge limiting beliefs, embrace self-compassion, and create more balanced, fulfilling lives.

Known as The Boss of Balance, Jenn brings her message of self-acceptance and personal growth to Kick Butt Coffee for this special book-signing event.
