Starting tomorrow you can enjoy papaya salad, Korean chili fried chicken, ebi, and more including three fresh makimono rolls that are a must. Celebrate the holiday with our last iteration of the chef-curated 10-course omakase dinner and special sake pairings.

This month we’re focusing on three sakes from the Niigata region of Japan called tanrei karakuchi. These sakes are known for its dry and crisp style of sake derived from the snowmelt water source used by the breweries.
