Thank you to all the people who called in while I was on vacation. I really needed some time off but, now back into the Frey and fire 🔥. Back again tomorrow! Thanks for everyone’s support this past week as I had another surgery 😂, #10 in two years, that must be a record. But I will be back at it tomorrow at the trailer and will have some of these Sweet and Sour Pork Belly Burnt Ends, yummmmm. Limited availability, so come early.

In honor of Mr. we will have sweet and sour pork belly burnt ends on the menu this weekend. maybe they will bring me tequila this time lol. Also, if you get here early Saturday, you might get some wagyu brisket with Szechuan peppercorn rub.
