Chilaquiles Factory was a Mexican restaurant in Austin, TX that offered a vegan Tex-Mex menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also had live music every Friday. In July 2022, they announced that they were partnering with Dos Mary's Restaurant and would be serving their vegan menu there. However, on August 20th, they announced that they would no longer be partnering with Dos Mary's but promised to let their customers know if they found a new home for their menu soon. Unfortunately, Chilaquiles Factory has permanently closed and is no longer in business.
