Enoteca Vespaio was a wine bar and restaurant located on S Congress Avenue in Austin, TX. It was opened in 2005 as the "little sister" of Vespaio, an adjacent Italian cafe. Enoteca offered a variety of authentic Italian cuisine including pizza, pasta, panini, salads, appetizers, desserts, charcuterie, and antipasti. With the same owners and chef as Vespaio, the two restaurants shared a kitchen.
Enoteca Vespaio aimed to create an ambiance reminiscent of European enotecas by offering an extensive wine menu and traditional cocktails with a twist. Whether patrons visited for Happy Hour on weekdays starting at 4 p.m., lunch on Fridays and Saturdays starting at 11 a.m., or dinner, they could expect to experience a taste of Italy in Austin.
