To reach Congress Avenue in Austin, you can take the MetroBus which stops at various points along the avenue. Alternatively, if you are driving, take I-35 and exit onto Cesar Chavez Street. From there, turn onto Congress Avenue and look for parking options nearby. There are several parking garages and lots in the area, including the Capitol Visitors Parking Garage on San Jacinto Boulevard.
