Honest to Goodness American Cheese Burger
Ingrediants
Method
Whole beef chuck with fat cap 1.50 kg
Salt and pepper to season
Slices American burger cheese 20 x
Burger buns 10 x
HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise 2.4 kg 300 g
Lettuce, shredded 200 g
Brown onion, finely diced 200 g
American mustard 200 g
Tomato ketchup 200 ml
Pickles, sliced
Preparation
Method
Mince the chuck steak on medium grind and form into 150g patties or get your butcher to do it.
Season lightly with salt and pepper, cook to desired liking on the grill.
Once the patties are nearly cooked, place on the cheese and allow to melt. Cut and grill the buns. Assemble burger in the following order – bun base, HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, lettuce, beef patty with cheese, onion, mustard, ketchup, pickles and top bun.

Grilled Korean Bulgogi Burgers With Kimchi Mayo and Pickled Daikon
These were incredible burgers! I made them on the stove top and they turned out amazingly delicious!
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons gochujang spicy Korean red pepper paste
3 cloves garlic grated or minced
1 tablespoon peeled fresh ginger grated, from about one 2-inch k**b
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
