THE MAKING OF A MENU
A look behind the dishes, drinks and decisions that bring our menus to life
We build our menus around ingredients when they’re at their best, creating dishes that celebrate the season while making the most of what’s naturally available.
Think an Aussie Old Fashioned with Earl Grey tea and macadamia liqueur, or a Banana Bread Espresso Martini. The goal isn’t to reinvent everything. It’s to make something familiar unexpectedly memorable.
From South African curry to a classic American burger, our menus explore different cuisines while staying true to a shared philosophy: fresh, balanced, flavorful food.
Crispy, comforting schnitzel meets a fresh apple, fennel and celeriac remoulade. Richness and brightness work together to create a dish that feels unmistakably Two Hands.
Every ingredient, dish and drink has a purpose. But ultimately, it’s about creating an experience worth returning to.
